The Nitty Gritty
Minimum total cost includes payment by direct debit. Installation fees may apply if you request a technician installation where a self-install option is available. If you change plans during your contract term, an Early Recontract Fee of $80 applies and you must start a new 24 month contract. Plan pricing will differ if your service is connected outside of Optus network areas.

$20 Bundle Discount: One $20 monthly discount applies per eligible broadband and postpaid mobile ($30/mth or above plans) bundle. If you cease your eligible mobile plan the $20 bundle discount will be removed without notice. Not available in conjunction with any other bundle discount offer. For existing customers any existing bundle discounts including the $10 mobile discount and $10 home wireless broadband discount will be removed when taking up this offer. The broadband and mobile services must be in the same name and same billing address to be eligible for the $20 bundle discount.

General: Offer available to credit approved customers.

International Call Rates: Can be found at optus.com.au/worldsaver. Other rates are available at optus.com.au/standardagreements. You must pre-select Optus as both your local and long distance carrier.

Cancellation: If you cancel any or all services within the committed term, you may be charged a cancellation fee, and any remaining Optus services will be moved to the closest alternative of our standard plans.

Serviceability: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee connection until we successfully install your service.

Yes TV by Fetch: requires an active fixed broadband Internet connection with a download speed of at least 3Mbps, a widescreen TV and free-to-air TV service with an external antenna connection. Yes TV by Fetch (Gen 2 set top box) is not Wi-Fi compatible, so unless your set top box is directly connected to the modem via the Ethernet cable (a 2.5m Ethernet cable is supplied during installation, and comes with your set top box), then you’ll need a powerline adapter (included in the package). If you’re purchasing an Optus bundle, delivery of the set top box can take up to 10 business days from the date the internet is activated. New customers will receive a 2nd Generation set top box (STB). A $135 processing fee applies if you want to upgrade from a 1st Gen to a 2nd Gen STB. Note: to access Netflix and Stan through Yes TV by Fetch, a 2nd Gen STB is required. Buying content gives you a non-transferable right to use that content, provided you maintain your Yes TV by Fetch service.

Speed: Many factors affect speed such as internet traffic, your line condition, your hardware and software, the data source or destination and your location.

We do not offer Priority Assistance. A provider who does is Telstra.
