• I have seven computers connected to the broadband. We are currently using TPG, but the speed is dead slow. Do you have better plan? Also, is it possible to set up another phone line to the granny flat behind my house? How long would you need to set up if signing a plan with you?

  • I have an inactive phone line and I want the best home phone and internet bundle. I prefer unlimited broadband with minimum phone usage. We use mobiles for everything.

  • I have a home phone line and a mobile phone plus wireless internet. I feel my internet is not running at high speed and when someone sends me a video clip it stops and starts. I have heard that Telstra has some great deals at the moment but hesitate to change as I don't want to pay more than I already do. I am not a big internet user but would like to view short video clips without the break up. What's out there for someone like me?

  • I want to know some details about the TPG ADSL2+ 100GB TPG broadband plan plus $30 monthly phone line rental for 1.5 year contract. Is there any other cost involved apart from the $50 per month rent in total and $80 set-up cost?

Is connection at Ballarat available? How can I get contact with the local office of Ballarat?

If I go for a 1.5 year contact at Ballarat and I shift my house to Melbourne within this time, will the contract remain intact once I move?

  • What are TPG call rates to the USA? I do not have a mobile phone. When I had a CDMA mobile I used it about 4 times, and may have had 5 inward calls. It would be a good plan to have one for emergencies. What is the cheapest arrangement you have on offer?

  • Which plans have the best call rates for England?

  • I need wireless prepaid for a laptop

  • Hi, we live in a black spot, at Grays Point 2232, no mobile phone connection. Wondering which internet service to get: ADSL or 2, or Next G. We are currently with Exetel, no connection between 5pm to 9 or 10pm, every day. Sometimes I only get 20 minutes a day, quite often none. I ring Exetel nearly every day to try and get on the net, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Or I just don't bother, I am finding myself driving to sister in law to see if a particular email has arrived. I have a Belkin share N300 wireless n modem router, I am ready to give up. Any help or assistance you can recommend would be appreciated.

  • Hi, I currently have no contract mobile, $49.99 with $1000 worth of calls with TPG, which I rarely go over. I don't have a home line. I would like good speed internet average use, not too much download (I don't know, 10gb) don't know much about internet etc. I don't really need a home phone but if I could get a bundle for $50 per month which includes home, mob and internet that would be great. Not sure if home phone has any calls included in this. I don't want contract as I'm renting and don't want to have to payout contract if I need to move.

  • I am interested in changing from Telstra to TPG and I have my own modem which is a Linksys. It appears I would be eligible for an off-net plan however I would prefer not to have a contract. Would you please assist me to find a suitable plan?

  • I live in outer MALENY, QLD 4552. I need a home phone and internet connection, so probably landline to stop the internet dropping out annoyingly. Just wondering what the best deal is including phone connection, as the landline has been off for 10 years now. I thought the Dodo offer seemed OK but is there a better offer than this package?

  • i am moving to richmond 3121 and was told i can not get cable.. my friend told me to at least get ADSL2+ i thought i would only need 60gb but i was told to get 100gb per month...

  • My parents live in East Bentleigh in Victoria, and I would like to buy them a Wi-Fi iPad. They are currently on a $69.95 plan with Optus (phone + internet), however this does not have Wi-Fi. What is the best plan for them to jump onto for combined internet (Wi-Fi) and home phone (with cheap calls to Optus mobiles)? They have Optus mobile phones - not in a plan.

  • If I already have an Optus E173 modem, can I use it or do I need to buy another one as part of a plan?

  • I have been with Telstra for 30+years and the best they will do for us with internet and landline bundle is 2GB for an extra $22/mth (plus $30/mth landline). How come TPG can give 10GB for $9.95 plus $30 landline? Is there any risk going with another provider? If not, why does anyone stay with these expensive internet providers?

  • I have had major issues with a provider and would like to change. I will need wireless broadband, home phone and if possible 2 mobile phones. I am located in Wollongong NSW

  • We are a business looking to have one provider for our Internet, phone and fax lines. I am looking for the best deal with call costs, reliability and around 3GB per month allowance. Who would you recommend?

  • I want unlimited internet at a reasonable monthly price, would prefer no contract, can bundle with mobile bill etc (if it's with Optus only), postcode is 2323, and Vodafone is a no go, as we get NO service at all! • Have just purchased Virgin Mobile Broadband. I live at Rosebud (3939) and there is no signal at all, even though the Optus Maps tell us there is full coverage. Is there any provider that uses the Telstra network, other than Telstra? Every one seems to use Optus, which is not much good for us. Telstra do not have a plan or option that suits us.

  • I need fast broadband and clear VoIP telephone calls. Also, what are the average charges for different plans? I would like to retain my original phone number.

  • Hi, My partner and I are wanting to get a high speed internet connection without a landline (Naked??) We are moderate users who occasionally download. We would be struggling to use 10GB a month. What plan would you suggest would be suitable for us? Thanks.

  • Hi, I just got my phone line put on today with Telstra, if I take the bundle with $30 phone line and $9.99 internet does this cancel out the $30 odd that I have to pay to Telstra for the line rental? And do you take care of this and contact them? Also I notice the contract is only for 6 months, do the rates go up after this?

  • l would like to get connected to the cheapest internet provider for not more than $15 per month.

  • Hi, I need high speed wifi broadband (ADSL2+ ??) with 25+GB, plus landline (with $0 or min charge local calls) any ideas?

  • I have been told that I cannot get naked broadband in my area, I would like to know why and how I can get a broadband connection for no more than $59.90 a month without a phone line and not on a plan. When will naked broadband be available in my area? As the area I live is a newly developed area and growing really fast.

  • Hi. My name is Scott and I want to know about getting an unlimited ADSL2+ naked broadband deal for about 18 months in Parkside SA 5063. If ADSL2+ is unavailable here can you provide me with details of the best service you can offer. My partner is from Korea so Skype video calls are eating up my prepaid broadband. Thank you.

  • I have my own wireless Netgear router (DG834GV), mobile phone (Prepaid), and presently a Naked home ADSL contract with Netspace costing $59 per month. I am looking for a new provider as my contract is expiring. Need to include mobile with internet (low usage), Home internet (±10GB) with VoIP (med. usage). Hope this gives you enough info. Cheers.

  • This is my holiday home where I normally spend a day or two every week. I have a wireless (USB) modem but it's hopeless as it does not get any reception. Even my apple iPhone 3gs struggles to get a bar or two. Have an active line and used to have Bigpond bundle with my land line but found it expensive considering I am only there for a day or two so I disconnected broadband which was ADSL+2.

Is there a prepaid service on a fixed line I can have or get? Or do you have any other suggestions? Bigpond was offering a cheaper one to the $29.95 plan per month I was on but had to have three or more devices with them so that's no good. Can you help please? Place is at Spencer. Thanks.

  • Hi, I have the $59.99 plan with 200GB. It’s billed direct debit from my account, but now I want it on billing where you send me the bill to my home address and then we pay for it. I just want to know, is it possible or not? Thanks

  • I need an ADSL2+ plan that has unlimited downloads on a 6-month contract.

  • I am looking for the best deal on pre-paid mobile broadband (12 months expiry)

  • I need mobile wireless internet access – medium use. I don’t want excess usage charges. Does this need to be attached to a specific mobile number? Maximum I wish to pay is $40 per month. Any suggestions?

  • I currently have wireless broadband with Optus which keeps dropping out or telling me it’s not connected. I pay under $20 a month for 1024MB. I would like to know what is available if I want to increase my usage and possibly use skype (dont know yet). We currently have phone with Telstra (pension concession) and pay approx $100 quarterly. I also have a pre-paid mobile with Vodafone which is $30 a month. Would consider bundle with or without mobile.

  • I wanted to know if with TPG’s ADSL2+ home phone and broadband bundles, does the $30 include any call value or not? And if I pay an extra $5 for unlimited calls how does the calling rate get affected? Also can I get number portability of my previous landline number to this service?

  • I am living at Marion and I wanted to use TPG mobile Broadband Prepaid and I want to know the closest store.

  • I would like to know about how to get connected to your wireless network. I have a wireless enabled laptop which receives your network signal but doesn't give me the option of connecting.

  • I'm trying to find a stand-alone broadband internet deal, but most of the providers require a Telstra phone to be in the house. I just want the internet ADSL (not wireless, satellite etc). Do you know of any plans that do this?

  • Hi, I live in Carlingford and we want to get a better internet provider. Currently we are using BigPond but it is too slow and paying $90 per month for the internet and a phone we don’t use isn’t desirable... Is there anything better out there? According to TPG we are in a special area in Carlingford that has a "pairing system" are there ways to get around this? Thank you

  • It says that I can get ADSL2+ off net at this number. Is this correct? Telstra says it can’t supply it for this number? I am now totally confused.

  • Hi, I need to get a broadband package that can stream live sport broadcast in HD without any interruption to the quality of service. So I basically need a plan with a high speed and also high usage (minimum 50GB) but I'm not sure which package will have a speed capable of satisfying my needs as I haven't had broadband previously in Australia. The last thing I want to do is get tied into a contract that isn't good enough for live streaming as it's the main reason for me getting broadband. I currently don't have a landline so I assume I will need a package that includes one as the mobile connections wouldn't be fast enough?

  • My husband works away from home and we are connected through Telstra for his mobile wireless computer and we use a Logitech webcam to talk about 30 min per night. The Telstra bill appears to be very high. I am looking for another provider. We use iiNet at home.

  • My contract with Optus is going to expire in May 2011, and I am shopping the market to assess if there is a better deal out there. Currently paying $99/month on an Optus fusion plan - which gives me 500GB internet/unlimited standard and national calls/unlimited call to optus mobiles. I would like to reduce my monthly bill. I use on average 60+ GB per month, make on average 10 standard and national landline calls a week. I pay $30 per month for prepaid mobile. Can you help?

  • I am moving to Kingswood, 2747 NSW. I wanted to know do you have your service in that area? I am interested in the 100 GB plan (30 peak and 70 off peak) including the phone line. I understood that comes with unlimited phone rental for calls within Australia. Can you provide me with the clear info about that plan?

  • I HAVE TO decrease my expenses in all areas! I currently have ADSL2+ and phone line rental but we hardly use our home phone. I want to get rid of the home phone but still want broadband (low users) as cheaply as possible- can you tell me who is the cheapest and the best way of doing this?? I also have a mobile on a $29.00 cap (out of contract - which I would need to increase slightly to replace the home phone calls) and would look at broadband and mobile option?

  • We are looking at internet ADSL 2+. Based on using 2hrs skype per day I am assuming 50GB should be enough. I have yet to connect a land line so if the company does this please quote also. I would like to bundle internet telephone and mobile. I am looking at a mobile plan of medium usage, say $50/month (calculating additional credits on top of this) Can you please state call cost per minute for mobile and credits applied per plan. Can you please quote land line connection and monthly line rental and local call costs if the service is offered. Most importantly we are in Broome Western Australia so please advise according to coverage.

  • I have just been given an older laptop with only 56Kbps. I need to connect to the internet only as I have a mobile phone provided by my work, and no landline at home, and do not wish to have a landline. I have been told around 1 gb would suit my estimated usage, but at only 56Kbps I believe my laptop is quite slow. Please advise.

  • I am about to move to a new unit in Adamstown, Newcastle on a 12 month lease. The previous tenants have told us that the area only has ADSL, and as such I am looking for an ADSL plan with at least 30-40GB per month (my partner and I are heavy internet users). We do not want to pay more than $60 a month and would prefer line rental to be included in that price. Can you help us find the best broadband plan for our needs?

  • We are currently with virgin broadband, their service is slow especially towards the end of the month. We are seeking a better provider ASAP! We use the net quite often, don’t need the home phone anymore, what can iiNet offer us?

  • I’m thinking about a bundle pack just wondering what’s the best you can offer me? I want at least 100 gig download plus home phone

  • I am currently using Club Telco. ADSL2+ (??) Cost is $30 per month, 15GB per month with no contract. I am a pensioner so cost is very important to me. I live in Frankston South, about 4.5 km from the Mt. Eliza exchange. My internet connection is most unsatisfactory, best speed down is around 1.5 mbps, mostly it is around 380 kbps, often it drops out entirely. I have complained to Club Telco without satisfaction. Are you able to offer me a solution at around the same cost? I only need around 8 to 10 GB per month. My son in Brisbane uses TPG and is very happy with it. Thank you.
