Sign up to a Vodafone mobile broadband contract and if you find the network coverage is not up to your expectations, you can cancel within 30 days penalty free.
There are no cancellation fees, Vodafone promises, simply pay for what you've used until the cancellation takes effect.
The offer also applies to Vodafone post-paid mobile customers.
Complaints about Vodafone to the Telecommunications Ombudsman (TIO) reached record highs following significant problems with the network in 2010.
Customers experienced slow speeds, reduced coverage and frequent drop outs when trying to make a call or connect to the internet over the Vodafone network.
According to Vodafone, the problems began when an increase in customers overloaded the network. When Vodafone attempted to upgrade the network to cope with the extra capacity, new software unexpectedly caused the issues that led to customers complaining or leaving Vodafone for another provider.
Vodafone has since apologised to its customers and has embarked on a major overhaul of the network, building new towers and upgrading existing base stations.
As customer complaints about the telco fall, Vodafone is keen to repair the damage to its brand and offering a money back guarantee seems a fair way to rebuild trust with customers.

Mobile broadband contracts
Vodafone is not the only mobile broadband provider to offer a money-back guarantee. Club Telco also offers a 14-day 'cooling off period' on mobile broadband plans where customers can cancel their contract if they are not entirely happy with the service. When signing up to any mobile broadband plan, always check with the network provider what the coverage will be like at your address. If you are not sure what the coverage will be like, you can always sign up to a month-to-month contract instead of committing to a 12 or 24-month plan.
