The Optus mobile broadband $30 cap includes $240 of value, that's up to 6GB of data per month depending on when you use it, enough for frequent internet browsing, sending & receiving emails and occasionally watching video clips online. Your monthly usages can be used at anytime throughout the month and includes both uploads and downloads. If you exceed your plan's included value you will be protected from excess usage fees in the Optus Walled Garden which lets you buy more data if you need it with our new Data Blocks, so you can continue to surf the internet unrestricted or you can stay in the Walled Garden and continue to have access to Facebook, Optus webmail and Optus MyZoo. Either way you're in control. Optus Mobile Broadband uses the Optus Dual Band (900/2100MHz) mobile network to connect you to the internet.
