The TPG Off Net8000/50GB broadband plan offers speeds almost 20 times as fast a dial-up for users who want larger download limits. However, like most broadband providers, usage is broken down between on-peak and off –peak quotas to discourage large downloads at peak times. Once you reach the download limit, speed is reduced to 128kbps for the remainder of the month, so there are no extra costs.
