The TPG Ultimate 1500/120GB broadband plan offers  a fast 1500kbps connection and a large download limit for users who want to take advantage of high speed broadband without paying excessive monthly fees. This plan is ideal for surfing the net, using VoIP or Skype and downloading music or video.  However, like most broadband providers, usage is broken down between on peak and off –peak quotas to discourage large downloads at peak times. Once you reach the download limit, speed is reduced to 256kbps for the remainder of the month, so there are no extra costs.
