The Dodo 256kbps +1GB Silver broadband plan combines a connection speed several time faster than dial-up with a small monthly download limit. The download limit is split between
500MB during on-peak hours (1pm and 12.59am) and 500MB off-peak (1am until 12.59pm.) Once the monthly download limit is exceeded excess usage is charged at 18c per MB and needs to be considered when choosing an appropriate plan. Dodo also offers savings of $10 or more off monthly broadband costs when bundling with a home phone service. This is a good plan for occasional internet users at faster than dial-up speeds.
