Is there any TPG plan without a contract?
If not what is the charge if I terminate the contract before expiry? Any plan without phone line (naked adsl)?

TPG does not offer a month-to-month, or no-contract, term. The minimum contract period for a TPG plan is six months for a broadband and home phone service bundle. For standalone ADSL2+, the minimum contract is 12 months and the minimum contract for Naked broadband is six months.
The set up-fee for a six-month contract is $129.95. The cancellation fee is worked out by multiplying the number of months you have left on your contract by the monthly cost of the plan, up to $350.
For example, if you are paying $49.99 a month and you have five months left on your contract, the cancellation fee will be $249.95. However long you have left, the cancellation fee will never be more than $350.
If you are planning to move house and TPG can offer the same plan at your new property, you can pay a relocation fee rather than a cancellation fee. On a Naked broadband contract, the relocation fee is $79 if you are still in contract and $59 if you are outside your contract.
When relocating, if you have less than six months to go on your contract or you are outside your current plan, you are required to restart your contract for six months. On the other hand, if you have more than six months remaining, your current contract term will continue as normal.
TPG does have Naked broadband plans which are good value. You can get 50GB for $49.99 or a generous 200GB for $59.99. However, TPG won't set up a Naked broadband connection from an inactive line (your line is inactive if you are not currently paying line rental on it). If you want a TPG plan and you don't already have a home phone provider, a bundle deal will be the cheapest route.
TPG's bundle deals start from just $39.99 for broadband and line rental, and $49.99 a month will get you 100GB of data – that's more data than with a Naked broadband plan!

If you think you will need a plan for less than six months, you could consider another provider that does offer month-to-month contracts. Give iiNet (1300 106 571) a call and ask about its Naked broadband plans, as iiNet offers shorter contracts and can also set up a Naked broadband plan from an inactive line. iPrimus is another provider who can set you up from an inactive line and offers month-to-month contracts on some plans.
