Hi, Could you please tell me the best internet plan for us?
We have 3 computers, all use wireless, we have a high usage, of around 12 hours per day including Xbox live gaming. We are looking for the highest speed available. We do not need a home phone line at all. We live in Subiaco Perth WA.

If you are looking for a high speed, plenty of data and no phone line, you could go for an ADSL2+ connection (up to 24 Mbps) or a cable connection (up to 30 Mbps).
ADSL2+ speeds are affected by the distance from the exchange and the integrity of the copper line into your home, among other things. The closer you are to the exchange, the faster your connection will be. On the other hand, cable speeds are affected by how many people in your area have a cable plan.
Both types of broadband should give you enough speed for several people to be online at once and for online gaming. If you want to investigate a cable connection, give Optus a call on 1300 137 897 and see if cable is available in your area.
ADSL2+ is cheaper than cable and bigger data plans are available. If you never want to worry about using all your data in a month and being shaped, take a look at TPG's Unlimited ADSL2+ bundle. For $29.99 a month, plus a $30 phone line, TPG offers unlimited data on an ADSL2+ speed.
Although you say you don't need a phone line, $59.99 a month for unlimited data is a hard deal to beat. If you would prefer to pay a little less, there are plenty of great Naked DSL deals around that might suit you better.
Naked DSL is an ADSL2+ connection without a home phone service. iPrimus offers 40GB (20GB on peak, 20GB off peak) for $49.95 a month. iPrimus offers relatively cheap set-up, $59 for a 12-month contract and free on a 24-month contract. Give iPrimus a call on 1300 137 794 for more information.
