I would need a few more details to find out whether ADSL2+ is available in your area, but I can find some plans that match your needs. You can then call the providers to see if those plans are offered at your address. If ADSL2+ is not available, these providers will be able to suggest a good ADSL1 plan instead.
First of all, TPG has a 100GB ADSL2+ plan (split 30GB in the peak, 70GB in the off peak) for $19.99 when bundled with a $30 home phone line. For an extra $5 a month, TPG will include all your local calls (all other calls will cost extra, take a look at TPG home phone call costs here).
In total, this bundled TPG plan will cost you $54.99 a month. TPG offers 18-month contracts with a $79.99 set-up fee, or six-month contracts with a $129.99 set-up fee.
