Internode tops survey in customer satisfaction
- Internode ranked first for customer satisfaction
- TPG and Optus tying for third
- General ISP satisfaction at 75%
Internode has been ranked first in the second half of 2011 for best customer satisfaction amongst Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
Roy Morgan Research found that 94% of customers with Internode said that they were "very" or "fairly" satisfied with their internet service. iiNet followed close behind on 91%.
In third place, both Optus and TPG ranked at 80% customer satisfaction. This recorded a consistent approach with TPG while Optus has risen up 5% since the last Roy Morgan Research survey conducted in the February-July 2011 period.
Overall customer satisfaction with their ISP is at 75%, a comfortable number but with plenty of room for improvement.
