Netcomm NF20MESH
The NF20MESH gateway supports all NBN and OptiComm fixed line and wireless connection types and includes 4 LAN ports for gigabit speeds, ideal for reliable performance when working from home, gaming, or streaming.
For better Wi-Fi coverage in areas with dead spots, it can be paired with NS-02 Mesh Satellite points, and it also supports VDSL2 for FTTB/N connections and has two VoIP ports.

Grandstream HT812
The HT812 is a VoIP adapter that allows analogue devices to connect to a VoIP network at home or in the office, featuring two FXS ports for VoIP compatibility. It also includes TLS and SRTP encryption to secure calls and accounts.

Optus
Optus offers a modem to its customers with the promise of Wi-Fi 6 technology, faster speeds, stronger coverage, and 4G backup. It's also sustainably built with 95% recycled plastics and provides access to the available Living Network.
Optus Ultra Wi-Fi Modem Gen 2
This modem comes in with your plan if you want to get one, though existing Optus customers have the option to either keep their current modem or upgrade to this one. When compared to the Gen 1 modem, this one offers up to 150% speeds, so customers get the best for their Internet plan.
The price for this modem is usually $306 up front, but if you stay connected for 36 months, you pay nothing. Customers who cancel with 12 months remaining will need to pay $102 for the remainder of the modem.

Superloop
If your current modem is outdated, you can choose between different options with Superloop. It offers the ZTE H1600 Wi-Fi modem and the eero 6+ router.
ZTE H1600
This is preconfigured for the Superloop network and allows for full remote technical support. If needed, you can add a compatible Wi-Fi extender for better coverage.

eero 6+ router
This includes a subscription to eero Secure for enhanced online security but only supports HFC, FTTP, and FTTC connections and doesn’t support Home Phone VoIP.
The price for the eero 6+ is free for customers but to qualify, you need to keep your service active for 18 months; otherwise, an $8 per month fee (including GST) will apply for the remaining months if you cancel early. Usually, the eero 6+ is $145 for one unit.

Telstra Smart Modem 3
The Smart Modem 3 offers faster Wi-Fi speeds, enhanced security, and automatically switches to a 4G mobile network during outages. It is also eco-friendly, made with over 80% recycled plastics, and comes in fully recyclable packaging.
This modem is free, but if you leave within 24 months, you need to return your modem or pay a non-return fee ($200 for Smart Modem, $400 for 5G Modem).

TPG
TPG offers customers options when it comes to modems. You can BYO modem and hook it up to TPG's service. There is also a modem for free on a six month minimum contract, with a delivery fee of $10. If you order the modem and pay for it outright, no delivery fees apply. The modem options include:
VX420-G2V Modem
The VX420-G2V Modem is NBN ready and features four Gigabit Ethernet ports. It also supports dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with band steering for both 5GHz and 2.4GHz frequencies. This modem is offered for NBN services including NBN FTTP, FTTB, FTTN, HFC and Wireless.
Nokia FastMile 3.2 5G Modem
This modem is required for 5G Home Broadband and includes two 1 Gigabit Ethernet ports, dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with band steering, and advanced installation support via the Wi-Fi Companion App. Note that its SIM card will not function in other devices.
Sagemcom 5866 5G Modem
This modem is also necessary for 5G Home Broadband, featuring one 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, and dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with band steering. The SIM card provided is compatible only with this modem and will not work in other devices.
Smart Modem Gateway VX420-G2H
This modem is usually required for Home Wireless Broadband and includes four Gigabit Ethernet ports with dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and band steering. It is also NBN® ready, but its SIM card won't work in other devices.
TP-Link MR500 Modem
Great for Home Wireless Broadband, features four Gigabit Ethernet ports and dual-band Wi-Fi 6. Its SIM card is designed exclusively for use with this modem and won't function in other devices.
The price for these modems varies but $0 modem on a 6-month contract, plus delivery fee and if you buy outright for any of these, TPG asks for $114.95 on a no lock-in contract, plus $0 delivery fee.
