A few things to note about your NBN broadband plan
The NBN network is not available in all areas or to all customers. NBN services are only available to premises that are pre-installed with NBN technology.
The standard installation of a NBN service is to one point in your house, you may need to undertake your own additional work to make other points in the house NBN-ready.
Line speed refers to the max NBN port access speed. Actual speeds may differ due to various factors including your equipment, the capacity of our systems and our suppliers, the number of end-users using the service, the applications you are using and the websites you are accessing. We therefore cannot guarantee that you will receive the maximum NBN port access speed at your premises. See About NBN Speeds for more.
Once you have reached the data allowance for your plan, you will be charged excess data charges of $2 per GB up to a maximum of $20 excess charge on the base monthly plan cost. Once you reach this maximum charge prior to the end of your current billing cycle, you will be redirected to a portal where you will have the option to continue using your service at shaped speeds (64kbps/64kbps) or extend your data usage up to an additional 100GB at a cost of $2 per GB, after which your service will be shaped (64kbps/64kbps).
Dodo acts as a reseller of NBN Co services. Dodo is responsible in supplying these services to our customers and we have no other affiliation or relationship with our wholesalers outside of our wholesale agreements.
You must purchase an additional NBN capable router as part of the service ($109). You can collect hardware from Dodo Hardware Management (Clayton, Vic) for free or have it delivered for $24.90. This fee is included in the total minimum cost for this service.
A $2.20 fee per statement fee applies if you elect to receive your bill via post.
Early termination fees of $8.00 multiplied by the remaining months of your contract will apply. The Dodo Standard Form of Agreement applies and can be viewed on our website.
^$1.95 Value calls apply to National calls for up to 2 hours, calls to Australian Mobiles for up to 10 minutes and selected International calls for up to 30 minutes.
Pick up hardware for free from Dodo Collections (Clayton, VIC) or $24.90 delvery.
Current Dodo broadband plans not available in conjunction with any other offer. NBN Speed Boost offer only available on $29.90 and $64.90 12/1Mbps plans.
During peak times (between 7pm – 11pm) you may experience variations in your speed. This is caused by more people connecting to the internet in your area and a reduced capacity.
*Typical evening speed indicates measured download speeds between 7pm and 11pm. Your speeds may differ due to various factors including your equipment, the capacity of our systems and our suppliers, the number of end-users using the service, the applications you are using and the websites you are accessing. We therefore cannot guarantee that you will receive the typical evening speeds. See About NBN Speeds for more info.
Plan suitability confirmed once active. Based on the ACCC Measuring Broadband Australia Report (May 2020) measured across the ACCC’s sampled connections between 7pm-11pm in February 2020.
