Your Plan is a bundle that includes:
- A Home Phone Service
- A 250GB data allowance, home broadband service for your internet
- A Typical Evening Speed of 20Mbps
- You can upgrade or downgrade the data allowance (between 250gb or Unlimited) at any time
- You can upgrade or downgrade the speed tier at anytime (NBN or Fibre Connections only)

Service not available to all areas, homes or customers. While we perform preliminary qualification checks upfront for broadband service availability, the type of service offered (ADSL/ADSL2+, NBN, Opticomm or Redtrain Fibre) may be subject to further qualification checks to determine what is available at your location. If we are unable to connect all your bundle services, we will attempt to contact you to discuss further options first or if we can’t contact you after making reasonable attempts, we will cancel your order.

Standard installation is included. Non-standard installations may incur additional costs.
NBN CONNECTION FEES
NBN Co charges $300 for first-time connections in new developments and $297 for an additional connection requiring installation of additional nbn equipment. We’ll let you know if either of these charges apply to you and include them on your bill.
For your internet service, you need a compatible modem. You may opt for an iPrimus modem to be included with your Setup Fee of $0 on a 12 month plan, or included with your Setup Fee of $99 on a month to month plan. Modems supplied on a 12 month contract must be returned if your service is cancelled. A non-return fee ($129) applies 30 days after cancellation if not returned. See website for current charges. Modem may be refurbished. $15.00 Postage & Handling fees apply.
This is a bundled plan. If you cancel or transfer either service (Home Phone or Internet) in the bundle, iPrimus may suspend or terminate both services and you may be liable for early termination fees and/or may need to change plans to a standalone service at a higher monthly charge. iPrimus fair usage policy applies on unlimited data consumption. This plan does not have included calls, however call packs can be purchased and can be cancelled at any time. iPrimus fair usage policy applies on included calls. Please check the iPrimus website for all other call type charges.
FETCH TV CHANNEL PACKS
Customers can purchase additional channel packs on a month to month basis available from MyAccount or via Fetch TV set top box. Fetch TV set top box may be refurbished. Charges for additional channel packs are $6 for each individual channel pack or $20 for all channel packs. Additional channels are available for purchase. Your actual speeds may be different due to various factors. FTTN/FTTB/FTTC/Fixed Wireless speeds to be confirmed once active. 3 Fixed Wireless Plus offers a theoretical maximum speed of 75/10, however Fixed Wireless speeds in general are variable and may be significantly impacted by cell congestion.
