  • The promotion includes updated modem eligibility, and the launch of PayTo for faster, more flexible payments.
  • Switching to Superloop or upgrading an existing plan offers strong savings, high-speed performance and excellent value for a limited time.

Superloop has refreshed its promotional pricing across a wide range of high-speed broadband plans, giving Australians even more reasons to upgrade or switch. For a limited time, customers can save up to $180 over the first six months while enjoying Superloop’s ultra-fast, reliable network.

This Super Speed Sale is available for a 30-day period only, running from 11 February to 12 March, so now is the perfect time to lock in a better deal.

Big savings across popular Superloop speed tiers

The Super Speed Sale applies to NBN, Opticomm and Vostronet services, with discounted pricing on plans ranging from everyday essentials through to gigabit speeds.

Customers on entry-level speeds can enjoy the 25/5 or 25/10 plans for just $42 per month for the first six months, offering a simple and affordable solution for light browsing, emails and streaming.

Households wanting a step up can save big on the 50/20 plan at $55 per month, delivering smoother streaming, faster downloads and better performance for multiple users.

Power users and busy homes will love the value on higher speeds, with the 100/20 and 500/50 plans reduced to $65 per month, making premium internet more accessible than ever.

Those chasing serious performance can take advantage of lightning-fast speeds, including 750/50 for $74 per month and 1000/100 for $79 per month, perfect for 4K streaming, gaming, and working from home without compromise.

After the first six months, standard list pricing applies.

Important updates to the $0 modem offer

Superloop has updated the eligibility criteria for its $0 modem offer, effective from 11 February. While some plans are no longer eligible for a free modem, customers still have flexible options available.

The $0 modem offer no longer applies to the 100/20 and 500/50 plans, meaning customers on these speeds will need to purchase a modem outright or choose a 12- or 24-month instalment plan.

Higher-speed plans such as 100/40, 250/100, 750/50, 1000/100 and above remain eligible for the $0 modem offer, making it easier to get connected without upfront hardware costs.

This change ensures customers can still choose the setup option that best suits their budget and needs.

Faster, smarter payments with PayTo

From 12 February, Superloop is introducing PayTo, a modern payment method designed to replace traditional Direct Debit.

PayTo allows customers to authorise and manage real-time payments directly from their bank account, giving them more transparency and control.

Payments are processed faster and more flexibly, reducing delays and improving the overall billing experience.

This upgrade reflects Superloop’s commitment to making every part of the customer journey smoother and more user-friendly.

Why switch to Superloop or upgrade your current plan?

Whether you’re new to Superloop or already connected, there are plenty of reasons to make a move during the Super Speed Sale.
