More Telecom launches $0 eero 7 Wi-Fi 7 router offer

More Telecom has launched a new nbn® offer! Eligible customers can now get an eero 7 Wi-Fi 7 router with no upfront hardware cost. All you need to do is sign up for selected high-speed nbn® plans.

The router normally has a retail value of $198 and is available with More Telecom's Fast Max 500/50 Mbps and Ultrafast 1000/100 Mbps plans. This is currently available on eligible FTTP and HFC connections. If you're comparing nbn® 500 plans or nbn® 1000 plans and need hardware, a Wi‑Fi 7 router included is a game changer.

The offer is available to eligible residential customers until 3rd November 2026. This gives households considering a faster nbn® plan another incentive to compare their options. Especially nbn® plans with free modem offers.

What's included in the More Telecom offer?

Who is eligible for the $0 eero 7 offer?

More Telecom nbn® deals are available to home customers who sign up for an eligible plan. They must use an FTTP nbn® or HFC nbn® connection.

Eligible CommBank Yello customers can also access the offer. There is no promotional code required, as eligibility is verified automatically during the online sign-up process. Verification takes place when the customer signs up. If a customer's CommBank Yello status changes after joining, this does not alter the existing router commitment.

The offer cannot be combined with other hardware-inclusive promotions.

How does the 36-month commitment work?

While the eero 7 is supplied for $0 upfront, there is an important condition to consider before signing up.

The router comes with a 36-month commitment beginning from the date it is ordered. Its $198 value is effectively spread across those 36 months at $5.50 per month. Customers do not pay the $5.50 monthly amount while they maintain their eligible service. However, an early exit fee may apply. 

This can happen if all active nbn® services linked to the offer disconnect within 36 months.

This is worth considering if you are likely to change providers again within the next three years. The router may have no upfront cost, but that does not necessarily mean there will be no cost if you leave More Telecom early.
